W10 One Drive causing SD14 issues

Just started using a new W10 PC which configured OneDrive to include files and folders in "Documents" including SD14 Site1 files to be backed up.

This has caused some confusion in the software when loading SD14 as it seems to sometimes include paths to the OneDrive instances of SD Files.

I have unselected SD14 in OneDrive Settings which has stopped the confusion but OneDrive keeps reporting Synch Issues!

Anyone else seen this behaviour or have a satisfactory resolution for it?
